- This annual virtual mental health summit will explore alternative approaches to healing with speakers providing information on ketamine, neurofeedback, therapeutic fly fishing, recreation and music therapy, therapeutic horsemanship, and whole health. Battle Of Mogadishu Memorial Walk/Ruck/Run

- Join the community for this event honoring the Battle of Mogadishu, while at the same time getting outdoors for a run. Participants will receive an event t-shirt and coin, a free drink ticket, and food will be available to all. There will be awards for men, women, youth and team run; also individual and team ruck.

- The VA Medical Center and Bucks County Office of Veterans Affairs is sponsoring this veterans expo, with information provided for veterans and their families pertaining to benefits and community programs. Breakout sessions include a women veterans conference from 1:30-2:30 p.m. and a PACT Act conference from 3-4 p.m.
Join Fellow Veterans For Camaraderie And Fellowship At Grenades And Coffee

- Fisherman's Paradise, 1150 Spring Creek Rd., Bellefonte PA (Centre County)
- Come out to meet fellow comrades in the community and learn about resources and services available to you while enjoying a hot cup of coffee. The Spring Creek Chapter of Trout Unlimited will host an intro to fly fishing session, as well as provide a light dinner. Representatives from the Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs will also be there to answer veteran benefits questions. Registration is requested.
Hand Up On The Home Front Bike Run

- West End Fire Co., 128 PA 715 Brodheadsville, PA (Monroe County)
- The bike run, with kick stands up at 12:30 p.m., costs $25 per person, and includes food and a t-shirt. Run ends at the American Legion, Gouldsboro, PA. There will be live music and vendor tables.
Join Women Veterans Empowered And Thriving's Indigenous People's Day Celebration

- In celebration of Indigenous People's Day, Women Veterans Empowered and Thriving is hosting a presentation by Aurita Maldonato, purple heart recipient, author, inspirational speaker, and advocate for suicide prevention.
Montgomery County Veterans Resource Fair

- Representatives from the county veterans affairs office will be in attendance, as well as other county offices. There will also be a vaccine clinic on site. Congresswoman Madeleine Dean’s office will be in attendance to help aid you retrieve military discharge documents from the National Archives and the Coatesville VA Medical Center will have a table to answer you VA medical questions. Free parking is available in the garage at the Montgomery County Human Services Center for attendees. Registration is recommended.
Lancaster Vet Center To Host Weekly Veteran's Guitar Group

- Veterans, active duty personnel, and National Guard Reservists who have served in any combat theater are welcome to join weekly sessions at the Lancaster Vet Center. Sessions will focus on learning to play the guitar, song writing, and advancing guitar playing techniques. All levels of experience are welcome.
Pittsburgh Women's Army Corps Group To Meet Second Saturdays

Battle Borne Female Veteran Support Group

Empowerment Workshops For Women Veterans
- First and third Sundays of every month, 1-3 p.m.
- This is a workshop that utilizes free writing, breathing techniques and community agreements. Free writing is allowing the freedom of thoughts and ideas to flow unto the paper without judgment or expectation of what it will become. Previous writing experience not required. This workshop is free and open to all women veterans, all eras, all separation statuses and servicemembers. Be supported by healthy camaraderie, clear communication and community empowerment.
