No Current Website Bids
Instructions for Website Bids:
Website bids are sales that are available for bidding at any time. Some information in the prospectus may be out of date. To receive up-to-date information or to tour the sale area, contact the Forestry Office at (717)-861-9607 or send an email to RA-DMVAForestry@pa.gov to make the necessary arrangements.
Bids can be submitted two ways: as a lump sum or in terms of dollars per ton for each product class (sawtimber and pulpwood).
**Special note: Sales awarded as a lump sum will NOT have any adjustments made due to metal contamination.
To submit your bid, print off the bid form from the prospectus and mail or deliver to:

The outer envelope in which the bid is mailed must be clearly marked that it contains a bid for the corresponding sale. A certified check payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount to guarantee execution of the contract must accompany the bid. PERSONAL CHECK, PERSONAL MONEY ORDER, CORPORATE CHECK, OR CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A BID DEPOSIT.
Bidders should do their own assessment of costs when considering their bid.
The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract as deemed to its best interests.
